Sarah Hong
is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Bachelors degree from Duke University and her Masters in Social Work from the University of Michigan. Sarah completed a two-year post graduate fellowship in Psychiatry at the University of Michigan Depression Center in 2009. The bulk of Sarah’s clinical career has been spent treating anxiety, depression, stress management, college mental health and helping people cope with major medical illnesses (including, but not limited to Cancer and its treatment) and transitions. Sarah utilizes a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities (including CBT and mindfulness-based psychotherapies) to help clients navigate their life experiences, reduce negative symptoms and achieve their highest potential.
