Your First Visit

Your first visit to Thrive will center on getting to know your therapist and our process, and completing necessary forms. You and your therapist will start to identify goals and formulate plans to achieve them.

You will learn what your rights and responsibilities are as a client, what our privacy policy is, what you can expect from your therapist, and what your sessions will consist of moving forward.

Treating the whole person is essential to effective therapy treatment, and thus, incorporating the emotional, mental, spiritual, relational, and physical aspects of the self can lead to more positive outcomes.

We work with your process and individual style, so treatment can be brief or more long term. We will set your goals together.

Thrive is centrally located in Ann Arbor. We are in the  McKinley Executive Center on South State Street, just down the  road from the I-94 State Street exit. 2245 South State Street, Suite 1100, Ann Arbor 48103. We are on the AATA Bus #36 route.
